There are four classes operating at the moment within the Jado Harpenden academy.

Confident Kidz

This class is for under 14s and covers the Jado syllabus from White to Brown belt.  It is for those working through the coloured belt syllabus but also for black belt trainees to practice their basic techniques and applications. There is a strong emphasis on learning basic techniques, walking techniques and patterns alongside relevant applications.  Partner work and sparring is currently not available. This class is currently full and a waiting list is in operation  

Adults or Seniors class

This, like Confident Kids, is for students over 14 years old and adults, who are studying the white to brown syllabus and beyond. There is a strong emphasis on learning basic techniques, walking techniques and patterns alongside relevant applications.  Partner work and sparring is currently not available.

Junior & 1st degree Black Belt

This class is for those students who have achieved Brown Belt and are training for their first black belt.  This class is by invitation and qualification only.

Levels class

Training for those students who are working towards 2nd degree black belt.  There is emphasis on advanced applications, forms and sets in this class which is by invitation only and qualification only.
